From July to September, Catherine Pisani's farm grows 45 of the 160 varieties of basil, ranging from the "Petit Marseillais" variety which is powerfully fragrant to the "Ararat" variety, which has an anise fragrance.
Shop, sales of seedlings, basil syrup with a scent of lemon or anise, basil jelly scented with cinnamon, basil floral water and oil.
